Hello! I’m Maryam, a determined 16 year old with ambitious dreams on the horizon. It all started with a simple English project that opened the door for me to join this incredible team, igniting a desire in me to become more than just a regular high school student.

I've always found myself immersed in the world of social media, whether it’s by participating in debates or diving into captivating crime documentaries. However, what truly fuels my passion is my love for public speaking. The ability to convey ideas and connect with others through words excites me greatly.

My Story

Joining a podcast felt like an exciting dream finally coming true, a journey I never expected to take. I loved taking part in activities and loved listening to conversations. Being a leader in any group is something I will never complain about. My participation in activities was unceasingly lavish, and I often stayed on the frontlines .And now joining this podcast has shifted something in me—I’m finding a new home filled with confidence, a willingness to take a step forward and be part of something more meaningful.

In the past, self-doubt held me back, especially when it came to performing in front of others. There’s always that rush of nerves when you stand before a crowd, knowing every eye is on you, waiting for what you have to say (I mean, who doesn’t?). But I’ve come to see this podcast as more than just a platform—it’s an opportunity to push through that fear and share my voice. I’m learning that it’s okay to feel nervous; that just means I care about what I’m doing.

This podcast has become a turning point for me. It has helped me discover my strengths, realize my potential, and connect with others on a deeper level. I’m starting to see myself as someone who’s capable of stepping out of my comfort zone, growing, and embracing my own journey. This experience has been one of the best parts of my life so far, not only as a place to share my thoughts but also as a space for self-discovery and transformation. And while I’m still figuring things out, I’m here, ready to embrace every moment this adventure brings.

A Little More About Me

Well after reading all this , it's no surprise that I’m quite a talker, and getting into trouble for it is almost a daily routine (though I’m not encouraging anyone to talk in class). Despite this, it doesn’t affect my goals or ambitions. When I’m not working, you’ll find me experimenting with new recipes I discover online. [Andrea here, She's AMAZING at cooking, like I would burn my house down, if I tried to boil water...]

If I’m not studying or cooking, I’m usually diving into detailed fantasy novels. I want to share knowledge with others, and this podcast gives me the perfect platform to do that.
